You separate parameters with comma. Also you can use SPT parameters.
'exec ' + lcStoredProcedure + ' ' + lcParameter_Value + ',' + lcParameter2_Value 
---
'exec ' + lcStoredProcedure + ' ?lcParameter_Value, ?lcParameter2_Value'
