I have a grid on a form - the grid uses a table called Collections - this table is actively in use by users of the system and I am not in a position to take the system down to give myself exclusive access - without this exclusive access I cannot add another field for the Collections table to the grid as I get Error #1705

Is there any way of modifying the grid without having exclusive access?
