SQLEXEC() returns 1 but doesn't create cursor

Ah very good question. You know, it does act as if it were running asynch, because the function completes rather quickly, when the query takes a couple of minutes to run under TOAD!

However, it is not async, and it does return a 1.

I even thought, "Perhaps it is not even filling the variable," so I pre-initialized the lnExec variable to -99 before running SQLEXEC(), and I verified that the return value was in fact 1.
