I had so much trouble with ipower I finally abandoned all my paid up hosting and moved 5 websites to another host. I could never get issues resolved and I lost one customer due to a web app that wouldn't run on the hosting account. If I copied all the files to a folder under another domain it worked just fine. It took over 3 weeks working on that before I demanded they move that account to another server. I do not think they have competent people on their technical staff. Beware.
