I moved the WITH clause items to subqueries in the JOIN clauses and it worked.

I'm still confused because I always thought for years and years that this SQLEXEC() is a "passthrough" function and Fox just sends the data in it to Oracle, but apparently Fox doesn't like the subquery refactoring.

Anyway I got it to work ... thanks for all your suggestions and help.
