>>USA gets hit HARD by terrorists in 2001. We take steps to correct this error. Since then we are free of terrorist attacks. I don't think England, Spain or Russia was quite so fortunate during the same time period.

>What a weak argument. Argentina was hit hard by the terrorists twice, and is pursuing the cause legally, with mistakes and what not, but following the appropriate legal steps. Since then (1994) are free of terrorists attacks. I do not think that USA was quite so fortunate during the same time period.

So since we are treating these ba$turds as something other than prisoners of war or spies (which the Geneva convention says they are), and we're going to disable our military by playing these ba$turds in civilian courts, we can expect a legal two way street with with the 'detainees' home countries or organizations, right?

We can extradite from Al Queda, right?

They'll provide documents and other evidence to our court system in the discovery process and allow investigation as needed their organizations/countries, correct?

What a deal?
