I have two VFP applications written and compiled with 9.0. Both are setup to install with Installshield Express. A new user with a new Vista PC was able to install the first without a problem. However the second refuses to install and produces an error regarding inadequate administrator permissions.

Any thoughts on why one would install and not the other?
