Thanks for the links and I have had a look at it. The reason I was using this is because I had wanted to find out the external IP address of the computer (I tried searching your website :) but couldn't find anything for 'IP address'). Do you have any suggestions of a more independent way to find the IP address (better still if also on a Win98 computer).
