I've never tried this but I suppose you could open the FRX file as a table and do a replace within expr column on all objtype=8. Use the STRTRAN function to replace table1 with v_table1. If your are using a private DE in the report, also look for the Alias= line in objtype=26 (cursor). After you are done, COMPILE REPORT reportname.

>I know I saw this somewhere, but I can't remember how to do this. I've got a report that was designed using table field names directly. I need to change it to a view instead. I don't want to have to manually edit every field to change (Table1.field1 to v_Table1.field1). Is there an easier way?
