After searching the Internet and looking at the VB parameters for it, I found that setting the 2 to 7 will work...
ShellExecute( 0, "open", SYS(5) + CURDIR() + "WHccGet.exe", lcEXE, SYS(5) + CURDIR() ,7)
7 = Minimize but don't give focus
