Hi everybody,

I got an e-mail (urgent!) to fix some data. In the e-mail the data are in the table format embedded into the e-mail.

If I copy it to notepad or SSMS query window it becomes like this

SobleZoe
StoneGabrielle
YellenLauren
SwartzCameron
ZaslowEden

(~65 records)

I need to update records using this info for the LastName and FirstName. Do you have an idea for me what would be my best approach here?
