The Project Manager cannot resolve references to aSrcRecords, aChildAli. It's not an error but a warning. It doesb't affect compiled application but it's better to get rid of it anyway.
Try to add after LPARAMETERS

EXTERNAL ARRAY aSrcRecords, aChildAli

If it doesn't help, add instead

IF .F.
  DIMENSION aSrcRecords[1], aChildAli[1]
ENDIF
