What I did was create a form with a companies logo on it to st in the middle of the app's main form (in this case the VFP screen). The form had no title, to close box, no min/max button, was not movable so there was no title bar. I instanciated this at the beginning of the app and did not release it until they exited the app.

For reports, you might try creating a bitmap of the logo with address info and drop this on the top of the reports.
