But those are options for the whole internet! I don't dare touch them - what if I screw something up and the internet stops? If you delete them all, how many parts of internet will vanish? What does that mean, you have those options available too? Does this mean every newbie out there can have their own options on how will the internet behave. Now I'm really amazed that it still works.
(of course I'm kidding, the question is actually what's my target)
