Now that Josh and I have given 2 different answers, I guess it depends on how much time and effort you want to take to create CDs or diskettes and what you think is easier. Do your customers have CD drives on all the computers that need installation? If not, do they know how to mount a CD on a server so it is accessible to all workstations for installs? Since so little space is needed, a netsetup could be done as well if applicable. In that case, you could use VFP setup wizard and create a netsetup directory then zip and span to diskettes.

These days, cost difference between diskettes and CD is negligible, IMHO.
