What about
select * from Mytable My inner Join AnotherTable Another on My.FirstID = Another.EmpID
union ;
select * from Mytable My inner Join AnotherTable Another on My.SecondID = Another.EmpID
If you have two tables add two more UNIONS.
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
