Hi Michel,
Using FireFox 3.0:
When I started my UT session this morning I had 1 new reply:
- showed as 1 reply in the top toolbar (correct)
- that message showed correctly in the left pane
- the "Reply" sound did not happen
I viewed that reply and composed a reply of my own. While I was working on that another reply came in on a different thread:
- showed as 2 replies in the top toolbar (correct)
- both messages showed correctly in the left pane
- the "Reply" sound worked
I eventually deleted both the replies, and started viewing various threads. After a considerable period of time (much longer than the normal "refresh" period) I noticed that:
- the top toolbar number was stuck at 2 rather than refreshing to 0
- the left pane was still showing both replies
After I was through reading threads/messages, I did a global refresh via the toolbar button. When I did that:
- the toolbar reply count dropped to 0 (correct)
- the replies showing in the left pane disappeared (correct)
- after both of the above, the "Reply" sound occurred (incorrect)
So, it looks like there are issues with the periodic, automatic refresh and the manual global refresh.
Regards. Al
