Ah, you've spent so much time in uniform and haven't learned the trick? You must not fall. Just doze off. I once measured - went in and out about six times in five minutes :).
There was a guy who wanted to be a pilot (civilian, later), so he imagined the one thing he can learn in advance is lack of sleeping habits. So he tried to stay awake all night, and go through the day by means of stealthy naps. I saw him drop the same cigarette on the floor about ten times, in an almost regular rhythm, in 16 second cycles :).
