http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb896642.aspxI could not find a way to kill the unlock with FileMon or Process Monitor. However, Naomi's lead led me to Unlocker which allowed me to delete file even though it did not find a locking {file, sign or whatever, I forge}.
