It's a cretrino duo

If I put it in my lap it freezes, and I have to press to ON/OFF button for I while to restart it.
This happens even if I put I piece of something between me and the laptop to avoid fun obstrucion
The fan seems to be in the bottom of the laptop

Can it be fan problem or is it because of this wrong position ?
