With VFP 9 SP2, there are a bunch of new features in reports. One of them is the Advanced tab on objects. Theoretically (I haven't tried this) you could output the "phone" report to HTML, inserting bookmarks. Then output the second report which has hyperlink features attached to the people field and have those point to the bookmark of the first report.
