There was this gang that had to get from one side of the city back to the other. They ran into all these other rival gangs that were always dressed in some sort of theme. One was all on roller skates, the other were dressed in baseball type uniforms and carred bats, etc. I know, sounds like I'm making it up, but the movie existed.
