I don't agree with that at all. Most movie critics -- I think Roger Ebert is a perfect example -- LOVE finding good movies. They just aren't satisfied by slugwork, especially when they feel we're being played for fools. I don't think there's anything wrong with having reasonably high standards.
There are a few who are impossible to please and I agree with you about them.
