Hm, AFAIK the sinking of the Netherlands (this happens realy) is somehow related with the raising of Sweden. Maybe we should redirect all the emigrants to sweden. This would press the Netherlands uppwards. I will ask my EU representative what he can do.
(Or we simple wait for the next glacial time, this will solve the problem too.)
