He believe in he knows everything. An unfortunately some people believe in him he really knows everything. He don't like just a dictator he also like a godfather, hooligan. He look down on people. There are a lot of more trainer in Turkey sure. I wished he will be fired after Euro 2008 but it seem it so hard than, so I hope he will left Turkey after that tournament... :(
