Have the client set up a new printer as HP4, and use the HP4 driver that shipped with Win95, then, delete all printers set up as HP5. In my case, the print job is executed from within a pageframe form, and any subsequent action on the pageframe form causes the 10H. All other simple forms continue to work normally. At present, MS is reviewing my code and my executable to further identify the cause. HTH
