This is a question for anyone using Web Service with Oracle.
I am using the example from this article http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa977155(VS.71).aspx and I am trying to consume that web service from Oracle. specifically from APEX (Oracle application express/HTML DB) but even though APEX is recognizing the web service it is having problem working with. Anyone had a similar problem???
