Nitpicking service here.

English or Scottish accent. Britain includes scotland.

BTW is that unlimited data (subject to reasonable use)

>I'm with you on that. Just this month I had to call Sprint to have them fix a billing error. When I purchased a new phone for my daughter last month, I was assured that the same services I elected two years ago would carry over to her new phone. I had the girl verify it for me in fact. Lo and behold, this month I got a bill for 42.32 of data usage when I pay 7.50 a month for unlimited data. The 7.50/mth plan was terminated the day I switched her to the new phone. When I had Sprint customer service on the line (a very nice girl from India who was actually the first customer service representative I could understand easily), she informed me that she would put the new phone on the same unlimited usage plan and credit my account for the 42.32 right then and there because I was a loyal Sprint customer. Made me wonder: what about the unloyal customers?

>As an aside, the girl spoke with an American accent but when she was busy and talking with me (multi-tasking), she forgot and started speaking with an Indian accent. She was quite amazing with accents. I asked her if she could do a British or Scottish accent as well. She laughed.

>>Reading today's paper, I just found the wireless carrier I will NOT be signing up with under any circumstances: T-Mobile.
