I have two computer that link to the same printer. One printer always wants to use the upper tray while the other uses the correct lower tray and only uses the upper tray if there is paper in it. This problem of always needing the upper tray only happens in Word. All other programs use the lower one. The printer setting say use first available tray and I've checked as many settings in Word as I can find and they say first available tray too. But still one computer only wants to pick paper from the upper tray.
Does anyone have any suggestions.
