After further inverstigation, it seems this article appeared in a magazine related to the volkskrant. I don't know the exact contents so I cannot comment on it, though through various forums this article is discussed and not taken serious at all. Of course as anywhere you'll find a few nutcases that will take it seriously.

Seems totally irrelevant to me. I'm surprised that Foreign media took over this 'news' while I don't get the impression many people up here have heard about this news at all (except the ones who ae reading the volkskrant magazine). To me it is a demonstration of how media work.
