OE stores contacts in a Windows Address Book (.WAB) file. According to the Wikipedia article ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Windows_Address_Book ), there is a Windows Address Book API that can be used to read it. Nigel Coates has a free MAPI class download at http://nbcsoftware.nbcwebservices.com/freeware.asp , I don't use it myself but I seem to recall it might have worked with OE. Might be worth looking at.
