I agree.

I've never understood the whole idea of hunting just for the sport of it. If you are going to use the meat of the animal and legal licenses are available, fine. Otherwise, it's unnecessary cruelty unless the animal is a threat, ie rabid.

I don't think that makes me a liberal, I'd like to think it makes me more like a Teddy Roosevelt style conservationist. I hope John doesn't kick my butt ;-)
