Apparently, Thomas was on the right track on this one...

There's an Image Control on the Report which points to variable JPG which even though it's included in the report, apparently SET REPORTBEHAVIOR 90 cannot find. If the file is actually copied to the client's machine & is in the search path, the report prints correctly..Guess it's one of those quirks...Was this addressed in SP2?
