Stephen,

>We have a memory leak problem with our .NET/MM application. Each time I start a "simple" form, the memory consumtion of the application goes up by 1M. The memory is not release after I close the form. If I open the same form again, the application take another megabyte. With our complex data processing form, each instance can take up to 200M of memory. If we don't restart the application, eventually we get out of memory error.

>Has anyone experienced with this type of problem? I am using ANTS Profiler to help diagnose this problem but so far no luck. I track down every event and dereferencing them in the FormClosed event. All that remain are the events that were generated by the visual designer but the form still won't get garbage collected.

As a baseline, I recommend trying this with the MM .NET sample application. I'm not seeing the memory consumption you're experiencing.
