I agree. Many people don't realize that depression isn't a character flaw, it's a physiological disease (I'm not talking about feeling down in the dumps for a few days, I'm talking about chronic depression). If you had diabetes, you wouldn't try to solve the problem on your own, you'd see a doctor. Chronic depression is no different.
