In Visual FoxPro 3, the DataEnvironment was not doing the AutoCloseTables() if it wasn't loaded in the situation where the Load() returned .F. and that AutoOpenTables=.F.

Now, in Visual FoxPro 5, in the same situation, the AutoCloseTables() is done.

Another unbackward compatibility which forces another change in the framework. :(
