You would use the x ? y : z syntax. It's weird and not very readable IMO.

Something like:
cString = "Some value " + this.textboxname.Text.ToString() + "\n" +
  (BooleanVar ?  "Some Other Value " + this.textboxname2.Text.ToString() : "") + "\n";
