You need to open builders.dbf (somewhere in your home() directory or below it) and see what's registered there for grids. Then find that app (or prg or form or whatever it is) and make sure that VFP can find it - set path, rebuild app from source in xsource.zip, do what it takes - or just delete the record if you don't want to see the error and can live without the builder.
