Sorry to pick up an old thread here but I was wondering something. Did you determine that your problem was with SET PRINTER TO NAME (PRINTER) and then REPORT FORM TO FILE using the Windows Default printer instead of the one you just set vfp to?

If so, have you updated to SP2 and retried it? The reason I'm wondering is that for some reason I thought I had the same problem too but now I'm finding that it appears to be working. The only thing I think is different is I'm now running SP2. But I haven't been able to confirm that this was a bug in SP1 or if it was something else that caused me to think that was the problem...
