As Sergey mentioned, it is part of the subscription benefits. In your account setup page, under the subscription links, there is one about updating your account. This is the page:

That's the one you would use. But, even if it would be just for one option of those benefits, or as showing support for this site, I would always encourage non subscribers to subscribe. Thanks
