Seriously, I do not even keep names of this calls, we have lots of them! I would re-install a service we used to have from Telus that required some kind of confirmation (I never knew what it was, I think they needed to punch their phone number?) but this was a problem for us, first for our family in Argentina did not understand what the unfamiliar voice on the other side was telling them in an strange language (English of course <g>), once they learnt what they needed to do, the problem started when they switched to some kind of "International Phone" (they call from Argentina to Miami, then the call is from there, something like that) but for some reason they had problems with the system, so we cancelled it.
