What happens when the woman comes to her senses and says 'hey, wait a minute here...' ? Not a good thing for women. Afterall, many muslim marriages occur when the woman is young and sometimes the man is older (sometimes the same age) and I'm not sure she should be held to that decision later in life when she grows up or is no longer influenced by her parents or fiancee... I can see a lot of future legal problems with that - not only that - isn't it against the law there? Isn't it outside their constitution and guarantee of equal protection under the law, etc?
