Unless SQL Server is shut down before backup is done, such backup is useless. You should schedule SQL Server backup before network backup. This way SQL Backup files will be included in the full backup.

We use Backup all databases on a server script by Nigel Rivett from http://www.nigelrivett.net/BackupAllDatabases.html
