>>>Maybe they where pulling your daughters leg. Anyway I don't need to shower every day. Most days it rains and then I can rub myself dry on someone a bit cleaner on the tube.

>>My daughter was speaking from first nose experience. She said some of the people smelled so bad, she almost threw up. I guess it's what you are used to. I'm used to the homeless/drunks/winos smelling like that, but not the general population. We bath/shower EVERY day, as a rule. And most people use deodorant.

>I shower every day but I don't like deodorant so i'd better never meet your daughter. I'd hate her to throw up on me ! Which was the smelliest country she visited in her role as an unofficial US envoy ?

I'll have to ask her. I think it was Italy or Spain, but I'll have to find out. Of course, if you come to Memphis, and you walk downtown and encounter one of our local "homeless" people, you might throw up too!
