CyberCoders send me lots of jobs (mostly .NET), but so far they never tried to actually proceed with the application.

You can also create alerts on these sites (monster & dice & computerjobs). Also Grady pointed out to GURU.com I'm not sure it's easy to get a project there, though, but you may try as well.
