>>>>>Don't you think something happened before this? I seriously doubt that anyone wants to hurt another person without any reason. But please let's stop here, I don't want to speculate, and I really don't want to know. As I said to Naomi, this whole story is very sad, but it won't help anyone to repeat and repeat. What has happened has happened, and can't be changed.

Have you noticed how a number of members here stopped including their company names? Why was that exactly? Probably because they didn't want to annoy someone and risk losing their job.
>>>
>>>I was not able to CC you on my other replies, but I guess you have read them? I have written several times that this fight must held be between the involved parties. I mean the same for the apologies. Absoluteky nothing good comes out of this public mud throwing, insetad it helps divide the community. Do you really want that to happen?
>>
>>It must? And you are the keeper of the rules now? No, my opinion is that until they own up to what they did I have as much right to keep on this when it comes up as you do to not get involved if you feel it should go away. But, much like last time, you can't let it go either.

>I don't want to discuss this with you, unless you are willing to see the reality. I don't care what's your opinion, the fact is that the rules are already set by the lawmakers, and we will only hurt the involved people by discussing this here. I happen to know a good deal about law, and I know that if this should end up in court, which I happen to think it should, the lawyers will say "everything that's said publicly can and will be used against you". Why do you think AK is keeping his mouth and his keyboard shut?

Because he knows he FUed. I'm glad he's afraid. He ought to be.

It seems to me that you are the one overstating his opinion. This probably would have died awhile ago if you didn't insist on telling all of us what we should be doing.
