You have some evidence that Harvard or the other schools of that caliber have financial aid targeted specifically at minorities? AFAIK, those schools have need-based financial aid, which means they look at the family's income and assets and use a formula to figure out the financial aid.

The Ivies do _not_ give academic scholarships, targeted to particular groups or not. (FWIW, they also don't have athletic scholarships.)
