Naomi's action was illegal and under U.S. chargable. She was extremely lucky that Andy left it at a letter and not have carried it to its logical conclusion. You can deny the truth of this all you want, but it doesn't change the facts. Accessing someone's account through faudulent means is illegal; hacking is illegal. Period. She's lucky..
They should have pursued it that way then. Instead, they got her fired. That was not an action of someone concerned what was legal and illegal, that was an action of someone seeking personal vengeance. I see a difference.
