Did you try:
The solution is plain and simple;
1. Go to Program Files > MyWebSearch > Bar
2. Explore each folder and look for M3PLUGIN.DLL file
3. Copy the file to xxx.bin folder or to the location specified in the error message.
4. Re-start the PC
