>If I allow the user to change the caption for a label control on a form, it would be nice to move the textbox to the right of it so that the label control does not overwrite it (or get overwritten by the textbox). Unfortunately, the width property does not reset if you change the caption (I have tried techniques to get it to reevaluate the width, but what I have tried so far is not working). Can I do this with a combination of fontmetric, txtwidth, or whatever? Probably can - there's always a way with VFP.

If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
